The spectacular garden throughout the expansive four acres of our Decorator Show House is the setting for this year’s 40th Anniversary Opening Night Party. Enveloped in the beautifully landscaped grounds, reminiscent of Claude Monet’s beloved Giverny, you will stroll down by the restful lily pond, wind around the woodsy trails and toast with glasses of champagne in celebration of Spring.

We have entitled our Opening Night Party – Gala in The Giverny Gardends and for the 7th consecutive year, John Grady, Atlanta’s favorite floral designer and author of best selling books, Personally Yours and Evergreen, will be creating the décor and florals. This year, he will be “painting” the festive ‘al fresco’ dining scene with elegant arrangements.

You’ll mingle with Atlanta’s most gifted interior designers while enjoying the Culinary Extravaganza of delectable French-inspired dishes created by Soirée Founder/Owner Mary Hataway. The menu below reflects her years of working in France’s finest Michelin-Starred Restaurants --- from Burgundy to Bordeaux, Normandy to the Côte d’Azur and ……from Paris to Giverny.

This year’s Opening Night Party, “Gala In The Giverny Gardens,” will be filled with elegant tones of jazz, beautiful shades of pastel, an unforgettable gourmet repast and beautiful memories… as lasting as those of Monet’s series of Water Lilies.
